Founder of Border State Security, Vincent's experience in the field spans multiple platforms from that of a local police officer to that of a hospital-based security officer as well as a security officer in local healthcare clinics. Vincent holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is a Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor (CHSS). He is a member of the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) as well as a member of the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO).  

Vincent holds an armed license from the State of Vermont and is a 

certified instructor with AVADE® Workplace Violence Prevention training and AVADE® Active Shooter Training.

Mary comes to Border State Security with an array of experience ranging from eleven years as treasurer for a business strategy corporation to thirty-five years as a registered nurse, both hospital-based and in private practice, as well as the founder of a healthcare clinic. Mary’s business experience, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, has enabled her to bring Border State Security to new levels .
